Confectioner's shop as a new home
At some point among these dreams my family and I made our way through a quiet merchant's section of town and make our way into an abandoned confectioner's shop or some such. It seemed small from façade, but it actually had entrances on other sides of the building so it was pretty decent sized. Apparently mom and dad want to buy it as a new house. It even has a second floor, as evidenced by the staircase in the back from the door we came in. Another door was kind of to the left and in front of the staircase from our perspective. The floor, ceiling and walls seemed to be made mainly of deck wood, nothing fancy. The roof was actually arched in places, not completely flat, to my recollection. The front counter was in front of us to the right, with a wall 6 or 7 feet behind it. The wall extended left as far as the counter, and the stairs were set several yards further back to the left of this, so that the floor made a sort of L-shape. The stairs didn't go too high, it was open so you could see the railing of the hallway at the top of them.
